The first day of school for students is August 8, 2023, and the last day will be May 30, 2024.
Other highlights include:
--No school on October 9, 2023, Indigenous People's Day.
--Varnett will have four professional development days after the start of school, meaning no school for students.
--March 29 and April 10, 2024, will be spring holidays.
The calendar also contains six, 6-week grading cycles.
