Varnett students don't have to wonder who Harriet Tubman was. Her images created by students and parents were on display in the halls of The Varnett Public School during Black History Month.
The woman who escaped slavery and led hundreds of enslaved people to freedom along the route of the Underground Railroad will be featured on the $20 bill, Treasury Secretary Jacob J. Lew announced Wednesday.
