Donuts with Dads draws fathers, uncles, grandfathers, godfathers and mentors and they were celebrated on Friday, May 13th.
Southwest pre-k students had an opportunity to make wood bird houses and wood airplanes, with supplies donated by Home Depot on Beltway 8.
They painted, hammered and engaged in conversation as the cafeteria was full of students and parents eager to complete their project.
This was an opportunity to bond, engage parents in an activity and have a strong male presence on our campus. The Southwest pre-k campus would like to thank everyone who helped to make this Donuts with Dads a success.
