The Varnett Curriculum, Instructional, Assessment team recently facilitated a free training session for teachers grades 3-5 at Varnett's Southwest Campus.
During the four-hour event, teachers were about to participate in a conversation about classroom work stations and differentiation strategies. They also had the opportunity to implement stations. Math, reading and science stations were identified and modeled for teachers.
The benefits of stations are tremendous. Through learning stations, students can review current skills and collaborate.
