A public hearing will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 8, on The Varnett Public School's Internet safety policy as it relates to students.
The meeting of the Varnett Board of Directors will be in the Administration Building, 5025 S. Willow Drive, Houston, Tx. 77035.
Varnett's current policy is to prevent user access over its computer network to, or transmission of, inappropriate material via the Internet, electronic mail or other forms of direct electronic communications in compliance with the Children's Internet Protection Act.
