A special “thank you” goes to The Village Life Center, which donated 40 pairs of brand new shoes to Northeast students affected by Hurricane Harvey.
The donation is another example of people helping people in the aftermath of the deadly storm that impacted so many lives in the Houston region.
The shoes gave our students an extra boost of confidence and made them excited to get ready for school.
According to its website, The Village Life Center “is committed to developing a comprehensive continuum of mental health services to ensure every individual receives appropriate services and support when needed.”
