The Southeast Campus, 12707 Cullen Blvd., welcomed its first group of students on Oct. 12, joining The Varnett Public School's family of campuses.
Students wore smiles as they entered their new building and teachers proudly displayed their newly-decorated classrooms.
The K-8 campus is equipped with highly-qualified teachers and provides a small environment for learning. It also offers free and reduced-price meals and snacks.
The school hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m on weekdays.
