Dear Parents,
As you may have heard, Parker School Uniforms has gone out of business. Parker has been the vendor for the Varnett uniforms for a number of years and unexpectedly closed its doors last week.
Prior to our knowledge of the closure, we had been actively trying to ensure that all of our students had uniforms no later than the beginning of the second semester. At this time, I believe that all students have the appropriate monogrammed shirt. Most students have the blue bottoms.
Due to the late opening of Southeast, some students may have khaki bottoms. Students may continue to wear the khakis this year or parents may simply purchase blue pants from a department store. We have a few remaining shirts, pants and socks that were donated or purchased before the doors closed. If you are in need of an item and would like to purchase, please contact Mrs. Cheyne Brown at 713-726-7690.
At this time, we are working diligently to select another uniform provider for the 2018-19 school year. We expect the process to be complete before the end of this school year and will notify you of our selection in the near future.
